SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As all our pieces are made to order - it takes a few days to prepare orders. This is usually 1-3 working days but we will advise of timings for anything outside of this.

 

Shipping estimates are provided by the courier company and may alter depending on the destination and time of year (Christmas gets a little busy...)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

If your items arrived damaged or with incorrect order details we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Please get in touch within 14 days to report any problems. Bespoke and personalised items are not able to be returned or exchanged due to being made to order.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
